Account information: your name, email address, username, and plan. Content you enter: card details (player, set, cert number, purchase price, sale price, notes) and collection names. Technical information: basic usage events (for example, which features are used) that help us improve the app. Payment information: if you purchase a subscription, we keep a record of the transaction (plan, amount, date, and billing status) to manage your plan. We do not access or store your payment card details — payments are handled entirely by our payment provider.
We use your information to operate the service: authenticating your account, processing invitations to shared collections, sending service emails (invites, plan changes, support requests, deletion confirmations), and understanding how the app is used so we can improve it.
Cards and collections are only visible to the members of the collections you choose to share. We never sell your personal information. We only disclose it if legally required, or as needed to operate the service (for example, our hosting and email providers, strictly to deliver the service).
We keep your data while your account is active. You can export your card data at any time using the export features, and you can request full account deletion at any time from Account → Delete Account. After deletion, your account information and the cards you added are removed.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no system is perfectly secure, and the service is provided "as is" — we cannot guarantee against data loss or corruption, and as stated in our Terms of Service, ExoAssets has no liability for lost data.
The app uses a single session cookie to keep you signed in. Login and password handling are managed by our hosting platform and are not stored by ExoAssets itself.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
